This site has been created in order to share with the internet community the beautiful things that my mother enjoyed collecting while she lived in, traveled through and visited many countries around the world. Mom loved talking with artisans, learning about their passions and buying their wares. Our home was always beautifully decorated with the things she found while shopping the markets, alleyways and shops. She was always thinking of special gifts for others as well and kept a plethora of things to send to or give people. Sadly, mom passed away a few years ago and my father has had to downsize to fit his possessions into an apartment, hence giving me a multitude of mom’s treasures to keep or share with others. I have chosen those things I find intriguing or special, but have many others to share with visitors of this site. I hope you enjoy perusing these vintage items that mom collected over the years.
